Trade Prospector sounds like a perfect solution for what I’m looking for right now. I’ve been trending away from stock trading and easing more into options trading. It is a totally different animal, and I love it. I’ve come to understand how important volatility is, and options that show high levels are usually ready for quick profits. Thus the compression signal panel that is built into this software would be very helpful to me right now. The option analyzer also sounds quite advanced, and should make my trading more efficient and fruitful. Anything that can help to automate the process is worth looking into, in my opinion.

The real time analysis is really the best part of this software, other than that I am not entirely confident in the program. It is a perk that there are no charges, but in the long run it isn’t one of the deciding factors for me.

One of the things that I think is limiting is that Trade Prospector was made with day traders and option traders in mind. There is enough there to support other traders, but I do think this severely limits everyone. In order to be totally confident in your trading, you need to be able to understand everything. Just remember that if you are not entirely comfortable with limited platforms this might not be for you, otherwise it works fine.
