S&C Awards for TeleChart 2007 & Blocks Trader

Posted by DeMerchant

I just wanted to wish Telechart 2007 and everyone at Worden a big congratulations for their recent awards from Stocks & Commodities Magazine. They where awarded:

  • Best stock software under $500 [For something ridiculously like the 18th year in a row]
  • Best stock data (end of day) [Yeah that's right, overall... so if you don't trade intraday do you really need anything else?]
  • Best training centers, schools, or training [I assume for their huge campaign to promote the upcoming release of Worden Blocks Trader]

Worden Blocks Trader 3.0 Review

Posted by DeMerchant

Worden, the creators of the Telechart market tracking software, are introducing a new product in March called Worden Blocks Trader 3.0. There are three versions being introduced – Strategy, Mega Minute, and Fund Investor and I will discuss the features and prospective benefits of each later.

This software gives users the advantage of “drag & drop” technology. It is built to be simple and effective and looks like it should deliver on that desire. Worden Blocks combines price & volume with sales, cash flow, analysts ratings – even earning estimates – to find stocks behaving EXACTLY how you want. Worden Telechart 2000 & Worden Telechart 2007

Posted by DeMerchant

Telechart 2007 is the newest edition of Worden‘s top rated and multi award winning stock trading software. From it’s humble beginnings the newest release packs even more power into it’s punch then it’s highly acclaimed Telechart 2000 series. Each generation of the software seems to get better and better and one can only expect the bight linage of Worden to continue for years to come.

Let’s go through all the benefits of using Worden’s Telechart 2007:

Telechart 2007 is by far the best priced stock trading software available. One has the benefit of choosing either the gold or platinum packages, which cost a measly $29.99 or $89.99 respectively. Plus if you buy for one year you get two months free, or buy for two years and get six months free. For this type of technology one could easily pay the yearly fee in a month for other comparable stock trading platforms. Continue reading “Worden Telechart 2000 & Worden Telechart 2007” »

Wave59 Technologies Trading Software

Posted by DeMerchant

Wave59 Technologies Trading Software is a stock trading software program built for day traders. It’s true that most good traders use long term signal likes 200DMA and 50DMA to make stock picks. With that fact come two lines of thinking: 1) if the good traders do it then so should I; or 2) if I can figure out what the good traders are going to do in the future, how can I exploit it to make money. If option number 2 is more attractive to you then the Wave59 Technologies Trading Software may just be prefect for your needs.

Wave59 uses geometric patterns and time & price patterns to try to predict what a stock will do before other technical indicators show strength. The whole philosphy is that it’s ok to take five stocks that lose 2% each to find that one stock that gains 50%. It defiantly makes sense, if it works… reliably. Using eSignal Trading Software

Posted by DeMerchant

eSignal is one of the more popular stock trading software platforms available but God knows why. It is more expensive then most of the other options out there, and all you’re really paying for is the brand name. When I tried the eSignal software it slowed down my whole computer to the point where it almost crashed, and that was just the start of my bad experience.

Other people I have talked to have had similar experiences. From what I’ve heard and read some people have had such severe problems that stocks queries have generated almost the opposite results ending in disastrous trades. Problems like this can with how you set up your eSignal stock trading software can be experienced by have just one basic setting incorrect. If anything bugs me more than having to go back through looking at every little detail trying to find my one mistake, it’s when it costs me a lot of money. It reminds me of finance class in University. Continue reading “Using eSignal Trading Software” »

Worden Telechart Gold vs. Worden Telechart Platinum

Posted by DeMerchant

Worden Telechart 2007 is almost undeniably one of the best pieces of stock trading software available on the market. The real debate comes in the form of the decision people are faced with making between Worden Telechart Gold and Worden Telechart Platinum. I’ll go through the benefits of each and make it clear which option may be the choice best suited for your needs.

Both Worden Telechart Gold and Worden Telechart Platinum are both excellent pieces of stock trading software. It’s hard to call anything about Telechart 2007 a “weakness” but if there is any advantage that Telechart Gold has over Telechart PlatinumTelechart Gold it is price. They really both are bargains, but Telechart Platinum is $60/mth more then , and what person in their right mind wants to spend $60/mth that they don’t have to. BigWaveTrading Package Advantages

Posted by DeMerchant

So I’ve already given my opinion MauiTrader’s Big Wave Trading may be more valuable then most of the stock trading software available out there, but there are a lot of options to choose from when you decide to subscribe to Big Wave Trading. Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Email are all options, and when you add the decision between Monthly and Yearly Packages you are left with ten options.

A yearly subscription to BWT is defiantly tempting. It is essentially a buy 10 months get 2 months free offer, but what is important is to make sure that you have the package you want before you sign on for that long. For that reason I would suggest that people sign up for a monthly package until they find the one they like, then go for the annual package. The savings is worth it but it would be annoying to sign up for Yearly Silver Package and then realize you would be happier with Platinum. Continue reading “BigWaveTrading Package Advantages” »

Decision Bar Trading Software Reviews

Posted by DeMerchant

Decision Bar trading is essentially an idiot proof system developed by Les Schwartz. It essentially tracks stock movement and uses a forum of momentum trading by predicting the stock will follow it’s trend. The basic principal is that if a stock moves even $0.01 it is very likely it’s next move will be in the same direction. The hard part with trading under this strategy is not trading every 5 seconds and wiping out any hops of profit. This stock trading software is meant to help with just that. Also there is no way a person can keep their eyes glued to a screen with every stock imaginable, but fear not, yet again that is what this stock market software is for.
