Their engineers are available to discuss any issues on the phone 24 hours a day, Sunday through Friday. That level of help is very rare in the online trading world, just in case you didn’t know. Sometimes there’s no substitute for getting a human on the phone who can be receptive to your issues and provide a useful solution. This is especially helpful during the middle of the trading day when things are a bit chaotic and the market is in flux.
