S&C Awards for TeleChart 2007 & Blocks Trader
Posted by DeMerchant
I just wanted to wish Telechart 2007 and everyone at Worden a big congratulations for their recent awards from Stocks & Commodities Magazine. They where awarded:
- Best stock software under $500 [For something ridiculously like the 18th year in a row]
- Best stock data (end of day) [Yeah that's right, overall... so if you don't trade intraday do you really need anything else?]
- Best training centers, schools, or training [I assume for their huge campaign to promote the upcoming release of Worden Blocks Trader]
There is no question in my mind that Peter Worden produces the best software on the market. Telchart, through it’s many generations, has been the industry leader in both price and quality. I know that Worden Blocks if going to be a HUGE success as well. If you don’t use Worden Telechart & Blocks then check them out today because you’re missing out.

Nice of you to mention that each of these software programs won the S&C Awards. I don’t use Worden Blocks (yet), but I am a huge fan of Telecharts and it is to credit for keeping me around. I have to admit I did pick it up because it had received so much praise and was recommended by everyone, but I haven’t heard or seen the same for Blocks.
I guess I need to look specifically for software reviews to find out what I want to know about it.
Any word on who won for 2008? I can see why Telechart got this award because they have a proven track record. No matter who I introduce to this program they do very well and go on to make tons of money.
I have not been able to have the same success with Worden though. I don’t know what it is about that program because it seems to fail me whenever I give it a chance and never really works to its full potential.
Telechart 2007 is definitely worth the money it costs though.
Anything that Worden comes out with is pure gold and these awards are just further proof of that. The fact that they’ve won for the 18th year in a row is simply staggering when you consider how wide and varied the field of competition is. This just goes to show how much value is packed into their products and services year after year. Occasionally I hear people criticize the pricing but they obviously don’t know what they’re talking about. In fact their products are severely underpriced when you consider how much money they can make you on a consistent basis.
