BigWaveTrading Package Advantages
Filed Under Big Wave Trading |
So I've already given my opinion MauiTrader's Big Wave Trading may be more valuable then most of the stock trading software available out there, but there are a lot of options to choose from when you decide to subscribe to Big Wave Trading. Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Email are all options, and when you add the decision between Monthly and Yearly Packages you are left with ten options.
A yearly subscription to BWT is defiantly tempting. It is essentially a buy 10 months get 2 months free offer, but what is important is to make sure that you have the package you want before you sign on for that long. For that reason I would suggest that people sign up for a monthly package until they find the one they like, then go for the annual package. The savings is worth it but it would be annoying to sign up for Yearly Silver Package and then realize you would be happier with Platinum.
Now onto the packages, I'll go through the features and benefits of each Big Wave Trading package. Like with Stock Market Software you want a package that fits your needs.
1 - Email - The email package is the short and sweet list of the stocks MauiTrader is interested in buying during the next trading session. It's a bare bones list and doesn't include any reasons for buying the stock, so if you're looking to learn this isn't the package for you. If you're looking for a short list of stocks to review at the end of the day you may have found your fit.
2 - Bronze - This package is also referred to as the "Market Analysis" package. It is really jut a daily article about what happened today in the markets and the directions MauiTrader believes the markets will take in the short and long term. If you want an enjoyable read and good synopsis of the days happenings the the Bronze Package may be for you. If you want stock picks look at our next package.
3 - Silver - This package is essentially an updated version of the email package. It's more for people who want the reasons for MauiTrader's Stock Market Picks. If you want to learn this is a great package for you. He gives his reasons for every stock he buys (or shorts) as well as exit points. I would recommend this for someone who wants to learn by seeing just what an expert trader does. This is where he posts his charts from Worden Telechat 2007.
4 - Gold - Another upgrade here adds access to the forums on top of the features of the silver package. This is the first step in becoming a member of the BigWaveTrading "community". On the forums there is general discussion, but also articles posted from Investor's Business Daily and other resources. Also if you are a very new investor and want someone to hold you hand Josh Hayes posts his whole portfolio here so you can just copy what he does and turn a nice profit.
5 - Platinum - The mother of all packages at BWT.com comes will all the features of the other packages as well as live chat. If you're a professional trader, or at least have full time access to the internet this ma be a valuable package for you. Run your prospective trades by Josh Hayes before you make them to make sure you don't get burned. If you're not going to have pretty consistent access to the net during the trading day you can probably find a better fit in the gold package.

I can’t be around all the time, but I still find the Platinum Package at BWT worthwhile. MauiTrader is a genius.
[...] the interview so everyone could check it out. It just shows more the value of signing up for the BigWaveTrading [...]
The Platinum package sounds like it is worth it, and if I am going to spend any money on Big Wave Trading I might as well make it worth it. The other packages, especially the email package, just seem to be bits and pieces without the full benefit of the knowledge BWT has to offer.
I am pretty new at this stuff so I would like to have my hand held, as you said, as well as the ability to talk with Josh when I need help with something.
I think for the trial I am going to go with the Platinum and if I think I don’t need all that it will be easier to downgrade than upgrade.
